• Engineering Coordination: Design-assist coordination, code-compliant systems support, and shop drawing review. Note: X Steel Frame LLC does not provide licensed engineering services directly; we coordinate with licensed engineering firms on your behalf.
• Code-Aware Systems: Coordination of CFS assemblies incorporating Florida Building Code, High-Velocity Hurricane Zone (HVHZ) requirements, and relevant life-safety standards.
• Field Fabrication & Assembly: On-site coordination and management of CFS framing, modular assembly, and field fabrication.
• Product Supply (Reseller): Resale of CFS studs, profiles, trusses, and components sourced from SFIA-certified partner manufacturers. Products are manufactured by third parties; X Steel Frame LLC acts as a reseller and coordinator.

5. No Formal Service Agreement via Website
